President’s Award Bass Scholarship to Imnajungshi Aier from Kohima

1 Comment Uncategorized

Imnajungshi Aier from Kohima, Nagaland, is a student of Musicians Institute (MI). He was awarded the 2017 President’s Award Bass Scholarship after a demonstration of his diverse musical skills in funk, blues and indie genres.

‘I heard about the school through a friend who also studied at MI and learned about its reputation and quality. I chose to attend MI because I wanted to learn from the best instructors who can help me achieve my goals and guide me in the right direction,’ shared Imnajungshi.

MI’s longtime owner Histake Shibuya sponsors the scholarship, which helps to provide talented students like Imnajungshi with the support, tools and recognition they need to launch successful and creative careers in the music industry.
