The second edition of The Lost Party is scheduled to take place at the picturesque location of Saltar Lake, Lonavala, Maharastra on 26, 27 and 28 February. By the looks of the exciting promos, we feel like this edition is going to be bigger and better than the last.
National and international artists across various genres will be performing at the venue, where you can camp by the lakeside and have the time of your life. Apart from music, there will flea markets, DIY activities, workshops and much more.
International artists to look forward to are Fakear, Lyre Le Temps and Debruit who will be coming all the way from France and HVOB who will fly down from Austria. Apart from international artists, there will be a pool of national artists that will keep you entertained over the weekend. Some acts that you should not miss out on are Sharma and the Besharams, Frame Frame, Spryk, The Sine Painter, Zokova, Dark Circle Factory, Curtain Blue, Swanand Kirkire with Kabir Cafe, Humble The Poet, Karsh Kale Sound System, Fuzz Culture, Oceantied, Big City Harmonics.
And there is a band from the Northeast as well and it is none other than the Delhi based Yesterdrive. Festival goers from the Northeast will also be interested to know that the vocalist of the Ahmedabad based band ‘Aswekeepsearching’ (also part of the festival line-up) is from Assam.
So, don’t wait, pack your bags, and get ready to lose yourself in music, nature and fun.
VNe Tip: Though the best option would be to camp at the venue itself, you can also stay at a hotel to check out the little town of Lonavala. Hotel Chandralok near the town post office is a good option; it will cost you around Rs 3000 per night. You can also stay at Aroma Cottage located near the Don Bosco School of Lonavala for about Rs 1800 per night.
